Chinese words for your food allergies
Your card uses clear simplified Chinese, with the allergy information first. Ingredient requests cover oils, sauces and added ingredients. 花生 means peanuts; 芝麻 means sesame; 牛奶 means milk. The waiter can tap any request the kitchen cannot meet, then confirm the rest. You read the result in your chosen interface language. Switch to traditional Chinese when that suits the restaurant.
