Card in Simplified Chinese:

GLUTEN-FREE IN CHINESE

A complete gluten-free request in Chinese

The gluten-free request names wheat, barley and rye, including flour, soy sauce and other sauces made with them. If you have coeliac disease, choose the coeliac option to add a clear request for clean utensils and separate preparation. 小麦 means wheat; 大麦 means barley; 黑麦 means rye. The card helps you explain the ingredients and preparation you need. Add other food preferences on the same card, then show it to the waiter for confirmation.
