Card in Japanese:

JAPANESE ALLERGY CARD

Bring your allergy requests to the table in Japanese

Choose the ingredients you need to avoid and show the resulting Japanese card. 落花生 means peanuts; ごま means sesame; 乳 means milk. Requests also mention oils, seasonings and sauces, so the kitchen can consider the whole dish. You can add a separate fish allergy request when fish ingredients matter to you. Each line can be marked as something the restaurant cannot meet.
